Customer Relations Executive
Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction, and support lead qualification.
- Manage phone-based customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records and log call reports.
- Assist sales team with lead qualification and conversion.
- Provide product information, quotations, and service support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal communication and telecalling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM or lead management tools.

Accountant
Manage daily accounting operations, GST filings, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain ledgers, reconciliation, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and finance team for reporting.
- B.Com / M.Com or related qualification.
- Experience with Tally ERP or accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and finance compliance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Video Editor
Create and edit product reels, promotional videos, and brand storytelling content for digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and subtitles.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality final outputs.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Portfolio demonstrating reels or commercial content.
- Strong sense of visual pacing, storytelling, and editing trends.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback.
Graphic Designer
Design creative marketing collateral, product packaging, brochures, banners, and brand visuals.
- Design product graphics, ads, banners, and digital creatives.
- Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Create packaging and marketing material for print and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing or product branding is a plus.
- Strong attention to typography, layout, and visual design.
- Creative portfolio showcasing relevant work.
